Private forums & email digest

Hello,

I have two pre-sales questions regarding ASP Playground:

1. Do you offer private forums where users can post support issues but only see their own (no one else in the forum can see each other's postings)? The purpose is to handle support issues that users don't want to post publically, but for which I want to maintain a thread of the conversation about the issue.

2. Do you offer any capability for a user to receive an email digest of new postings in the forums they select?

Hi Steve,

unfortunately, the software does not support the forum mode you described, however, a fairly simple customization can be done to provide such capability. The native forum filter has an option called "show threads I contributed to", and you can add some code to force this filter on members.

email notification is supported in the software, as they can subscribe to a forum and receive notification about new postings.

OK, that sounds very good. Is a customization like this something that you would be willing to do? If so, please give me an idea of what the cost would be. I would be purchasing the Advanced Edition with installation service.
