Pricing Question

My site www.BigBlueBall.com is a semi-commercial site. I run it as a hobby, but would love to be able to bring in some extra $$$ to support my "habit." Two licensing questions:
- Do I need to purchase the commercial license?
- What happens after August 13th? The purchase page indicates that this pricing is only good "on or before Wednesday, August 13, 2003" (today). What happens if I wait until Friday?
