Points system ON/OFF

Please add a global ON/OFF for the points system. We have found that as the forum grows users cause a lot of problems with the point system. Please expand the POLL COUNTDOWN TIMER by adding the much-requested countdown to event timer/tickers in signature.

points system can already be turn on/off. "Hide member's score beside his post?" under basic configuration. However, "Timer/Ticker" is not in my plan for the advanced edition, sorry.
