Does the photo gallery do moderated photo uploads? In other words:
 
1) I create a gallery or forum
2) Another user logs in and uploads a photo to that gallery/forum but it's not yet displayed publicly because I'm the moderator
3) I flag it as ok, and it's displayed publicly OR I leave it be and it remains hidden to all users except me
4) If I give it the OK, other users can see it, rate it, make comments on it
5) Can I force users to register/log in in order to rate the photo or comment on it?
 
Does ASPG do this?

yes, we do all the above. forum posts/gallery photos can be set to require moderation, and will remain hidden until approved. To rate photo/comment, our software requires registration.

Hi, thanks Samuel for your quick response. I tried it out and it _almost_ does exactly what we need but I have a couple of other questions:
 
1) In the Photo Gallery, is there any way to moderate "Comments"?
2) In the Photo Gallery, is there any way to permit the submit of a "Rating" for a photo without _forcing_ the user to also enter a "Comment"?

1) moderators / admins / picture owner can delete comments, so yes.
2) no, but you can simply add a line like "it's a good photo", and submit the rating. Of course, you can change the behavior with some simple code change, but we don't have this out of the box.
