Personal or Commercial

I would like to know what you consider the difference between a personal and a commercial site. So I can make my purchase accordingly.

Also is it free unlimited email support for personal and commercial if ordered by 9-19-02?

I am in the process of creating a hobby pc web site with the intent for growth down the line.

I do not have a web site yet, developing it locally right now. I want to use this to intergrate it and test it out.

The only difference is if I want email support I would have to buy the commercial and if I don' t choose that I can purchase the personal edition? Am I understanding this correctly? Or is there a catch to buying the personal edition?

Sorry for asking all these questions but I want to make the right purchase in the beginning and not pay for it later.

Ok I am the one that has been posting here
I read what is considered for the personal version and I believe mine will fit in the category.

I will not be selling anything, and if any money does come in it would be for website costs, maintenance costs, etc..

It will just be there for people to interact and get the latest news for pc' s and counsle for now.

So does this qualify for the personal version?

The reson I am asking is because the site will probably not go live for another few months, but want to get a forum so I can intergrate it right off the bat instead of later on.

CORRECTION: the e-mail support period begins the day you send the first support request e-mail. You will be able to access our private forums anytime you want to.

We have three private forums

• tutorial: tips on customizing the software
  
• upgrade instructions: details on how you should apply your updates
  
• Support: for all other issues you have
  

These support forums are there for feature related questions as well as possible bug reports and feature suggestions in general. It is different from the e-mail support which I will go into details with you personally.

Is the Personal Version and Commercial Version going to be one price or will the Personal stay at $97 and the Commercial goes to $297 at the end of the 19th?
