Page alignment (width)

Hi Samuel,

I've been working on the v1 SP5 copy for a little while ....
When I used a skin of fixed width for 800x600 resolution I found that default.asp has couple places where it says

width="<100%>"

which should really be

width="100%"

This cause misalignment ... my skin is 779 wide and the number <100%> is kinda causing an unknown value in the width and made it sort of "less wide" than the whole thing .... I've fixed this on my own.... please see to it on yours too....

I just checked the file in our package, and it does not have anything that reads <100%>. I guess you opened the file using a WYSIWYG editor that modified the source code.
