Here's a Q from one of our users reagrding the, Advanced Edition 2.4.5 ANSI:

The "Check PM Read Status" function is not working in my mailbox. I have PM's that I know have been read but the box is not checked when the window comes up.

Please do a test with a member by sending an pm and ask him to open it. See if he gets any error message.
