Multiple logins and user uniqueness

I several questions about users. 1. Can the same registered user be used to login with at the same time from different computers? 2. Can multiple registered users have the same email address, or is the email address used as a unique identifier? 3. Can each registered user belong to more than one permission group? 1. yes 2. no, both email and login have to be unique for each account 3. yes, a user can exist in multiple user groups.
