Login/Registration -- Site Integration --

Two Questions: - Do you have the concept of Forum-Software-as-dotNet-Control (or set of controls) for the ASPPlayground forum software?
- How difficult would it be for me to replace (or disable) your registration/login code with my own (we have a fully functional website with our own registration/login code already in place).
More Info: For question number 1, we have a fully functioning content-management style website( www.auntminnie.com). All requests to our site go through index.asp with various parameters on the QueryString. We have a fully-operational reporting scheme based on this fact (as soon as a new section or page is added, it shows up in our reporting by parsing the query-string). At any rate, we need to replace our current forum software. Does your code depend on URL paths, or can we embed the various objects into pages that are differentiated by QueryString? For question number 2, we have a user registration/login/personalization/tracking system in place. Some of the reporting (mentioned above) use information about the users (such as profession, type of organization, etc.), plus each section of the site already uses the current user reg/login information. So, how difficult would it be to remove and/or replace your user objects with our own? Or do you think it would be better if we did some sort of synching between the two databases? Thanks, Owen

Hi Owen, - The current version of the software does not work as a dotnet control
- It is better to do synchornization than to replace our code because by doing so it would be very difficult to upgrade. Registration integration can be done this way.

OK. Thanks. When will the 3.0 dot-net 2.0 re-write be ready?

Ok, I'm getting very frustrated, probably because I'm retarded, but... Where can I download the SIP package? I see instructions for it everywhere, but where do I get the .zip file?

Yeah, I found it about 30 seconds after I posted that last message. Sorry.
