- Ability to flag if post is vieiwed in the last x number of days
- The ability to track how long from post to first response
- Ability to track the amount of time from initial post to resolution
- Ability to create a template for new post

- we have a general stats section in the admin control panel that shows you how many new posts/threads in the last 30 days.

- not exactly, but since each post in a thread has its time stamp, it is not hard to see that
- resolution - we don't have a mechanism to define "resolution" for a post
