Keep Getting Redirected Thu. Mar 20, '03 3:37 PM (permalink)

I installed forum on my local machine; database is on a central server. Works great. I then checked in all files (we use SourceSafe) onto production server. I changed the location parameters for web site in admin section. However, I keep getting redirected to " localhost/forum" . Are redirects stored in cookies? What' s going on?
