Q: Is there any fee associated with support beyond the first 30 days (I know that support within the first 30 days is free, as you mentioned in the previous question)? Yes, any technical problems you submit after the first 30 days will be subject to a small fee. Please see our purchase page for more information. NOTE: At this moment we are not charging anything for support.
