Your forum is fantastic, but there is one huge disadvantage.

It requires very specific software for installation (Windows 2000, Front Page).
About 75% of users have Windows98/ME installed on their computers. Second, today most of people use Dreamweaver as a web editor.

Try to make your forum available to everyone and it will kick ass to UBB and vBulletin.

Keep on with good work!

thanks for your comment ^ ^

As for the installation, it is possible to install on Win98 with PWS, however, PWS can' t sustain high loads and thus not an ideal solution for internet (in fact, it is illegal to host websites on the internet with PWS, and it is not supported by Microsoft)

Frontpage is only required if you run websites with frontpage installed. Frontpage is not necessary for installation in general, but it offers significant advantage to configure websites over dreamweaver, which is only ideal for designing. Although it is possible to use ultradev to write ASP, it is much much better to program ASP with text editors like notepad (I prefer homesite) or IDE like Microsoft Visual interdev.
