I want to screen each registrant and collect additional information.

You can specify your desired Registration validation method in the admin panel. We support 4 different levels of registration validation: - No Restriction - anyone can register and use all enabled forum features right away.
- E-mail verification - an unique email address is required for each registrant, and email address validation is required.
- Admin approval required - in addition to E-mail Verification, Admin has to manually approve each registrant.
- Do not accept new registrants - halt registrations to your forum.
In addition to these features, you can create custom registration fields to collect additional data from users. You can also mark them mandatory on the registration form so that your members are required to supply info during registration.
