This message is not hard coded in the ASP code. You can change the entire forum agreement in your admin panel. I was just providing a template for you.

I figured as much. Still playing around with it. I have noticed one thing though, if I move a recent message - the last post does not change forums. It leads to a broken message. Not sure if there is a solution to this or not. Thanks again.
