How to change the titles of users

Looking to change the titles of users from Admin to Angel and moderator to trusted servent. Need Member title as well as Jr. Member title. Is there a way for some one with out one of the aforementioned titles to read the board but not post or reply. Only registered users can post and reply (one of 4 titles).

Hi Greg, Remember a while ago (when you first made modification to the forum) I sent you an e-mail asking how you made the modification (linking to your own table), and you said Terminal Tech will answer my question? However we never get replies from them. The reason I asked was because I would like to make the upgrade as smooth as it can be for you. Without knowing what have been done to your forum, we can' t really do anything for you. If possible, can you contact them to e-mail me again? Thank you and sorry for the troubles.
