How do I enable avatars?

I was looking for avatars features but somehow it turns out nothing in the window? How do I upload the avatars? I didn' t seem to be able to find the feature in the admin panel.

you don' t need to set anything in the admin panel in order to get the avatars to work.. Just upload the avatars you have to the /avatars folder, and you' re all set. don' t forget to delete the readme file after you finish uploading the avatars
