Where can I find the interface to group/user permissions? I am interested in testing out user' s Post-only/no-Reply feature. Thanks.

you can find the group/user permission in the admin control panel. The interface is inside the section "forum management" where you set a forum's general permission. In order to see the group permission button, you need to check the box "Enable Group based Permission" and then click OK. Once the page reloads you will see a button named "Group Permission Setup", click on it and you will see the interface.
