Get access to other forums

Hello,
 
I am a developer for an organization who already has purchased and installed this forum software on our intranet for internal discussions. There's a few things I would like to inquire about, but I think I need to have my forum membership updated so I can post elsewhere? What do I need to do?

    You can put your order ID in your profile (Additional options -> ShareIt Ref.No.), and I will add you to the private group to access the support forum.
