General Suggestions

Overall:
    Very happy with the forums. Great job!!! I would consider following suggestions as bonuses to and already awesome forum software.
 
Reward Points:
    Be able to award reward points to multiple members in the same thread.
    Method of giving reward points for adding photos to gallery (besides manual edit as admin)
 
Word Filter:
    More precision is needed. I.E if "ASS" is added to the filter list it removes all words containing "ASS" such as "PASS"
 
SEO:
    Along with title perhaps the thread or post title can be added to description tag as well.
 
Gallery: Be able to manually select the thumbnails to be shown in the slider on the forum index page
 
Admin:
    Search Users based on score or reward points
 
Sticky:
    1 thread visible on ALL forums : such as rules & guidelines
 
Spell Checker:
    Easier way to add words to the spell checker (similar to word filter)
 
Member Score:
    Minimum rating setting (disallow member from receiving negative points)
 
Avatar:
    Avatar folder with limitations of access based on user rank.
 
Custom Category:
    Allow members to create their own category and in it, contain only the forums they wish to view.

Thanks for the suggestions and compliment . A few points first:

Word filter: you can use regular expression to prevent the problem described. For example, if you specify "\bass" (without quote), it will not filter out "pass".

Cross Forum Sticky: you can set up forum specific announcements in the admin CP to show "Rules and Guidelines"

Spell Checker: This is Telerik's control. You can use their dictionary editor for help.
