Hi Bjawnie, I did not choose to ignore it at all ^ ^..I was just too busy today so I haven' t come up an formal answer....A friend of mine is thinking of starting a internet business, so I went over to discuss things. The thing you request is totally doable, but not in this version. If you want to collect hits, you will need to add a column in the database table (the reason I chose to discard this feature was because it would have impact on performance..why? because each click generates an additional UPDATE db calls and then fetches the content). However, this feature does make your forum " looks popular" . I don' t know if this feature is indeed useful in an fourm environment. Let' s put it this way, if your forum is to provide a " community" type of feeling, then it is very useful, but if it is strickly a Q&A place, then it is not. Weighing the pros and cons, I decided to discard it. I might implement this in the next version, but not now because database structure will need to be changed. I have an article regarding simplification of codes, and if you want to read it, I can e-mail you..that article is actually a " Principle" in Physics and I cited a part of it and made some comments. Thanks for your feedback _____________________________ Forum Administrator Samuel Chou ASPPlayground.NET http://www.sam-alice.com
