*DISABLED* Beta 3 fix and beta 3 build 1

Hi,

2 bugs exist in beta 3 have been found : 1) When you want to move forums or categories up and down, this bug may prevent you to do so. 2) When guest wants to forward e-mail, he could do so but would get a wrong comfirmation message.

If you decide to download the patch, just replace original files with the ones in the zip. Remember to back up before patching.
