Custom "Group Avatar"

The most important feature I need in a forum is the one I will describe below.

I do not allow members to upload their own avatars.

I do have members who pay to belong to a forum group. With this group I allow access to certain forum areas. I also manually add a custom avatar under their username when I activate their username to this group. This avatar is simply the URL code to the image I have stored on the server.

Is it possible to add a setting to the 'groups option' which will auto-place an avatar under their username? Or, are there other easy ways to manually add this custom avatar to members of the paying group?

currently we do not support group avatars, but only group title. However, with a bit of modification this should not be a problem. I will see about adding this feature into a future release.

Can the "group title" actually be html which contains a link to an image/avatar?

On the Demo Forum in the 'Set Group Title' field I was able to assign an img src link to the group users.
I assigned the user 'admin' to this group.
The linked image appeared successfully under the username when viewing a post made by user 'admin'.
I linked to your admin gif by just using the /image/admin.gif syntax without the "" quotes.

So far it looks as if this might do the trick. Let me know if you think it will cause any issues.

Ok... the link code doesn't seem to "stick" and I have to add the syntax each time I add a new member to the Group.
Not a big deal but it would be nice if this setting "stuck".

Thanks for your messages. And yes, the group title feature will be revamped in version 2.3 (as planned) and it will stick so that you won't have to reassign the title after you add a member to a group.
