Control over separate browser tabs? Tue. Aug 4, '09 10:37 AM (permalink)

[Helpful answer received] / [List Solutions Only]
I'm trying out the forum features, in eval mode.

One thing I noticed is that when I get a list of today's posts, and then click on one of those, it's launching in a separate browser tab (I'm using firefox at the moment).

Do we have control over this? I would prefer that nearly all activities the user does stays in the same browser window.  I know that starting a new thread loads a separate editor window, I'm okay with that.  (Control over that too perhaps?).

If there is already some documentation on this, feel free to point me there.

TIA, Bob.

you can control that by editing the template. We have an KB article for this:

Take a look.
