Do I have the ability to modify the content filter on the Forum? I would like to be able to add or remove keywords and also be able to disable the filtering all together.

you can set up bad word filter to remove words in the post. However we don't have a keyword system (that replaces certain words with HTML links and redirect user to your sponsors) built-in.
