Did you have problem receiving the latest version from our download page? Please refer to the following solutions.
Symptom 1: The page timed out error occur after I request the file. Please try again. The server was too busy at the time of your request.
Symptom 2: I see a messages saying that my order ID is invalid. Please double check and make sure you enter your Order ID correctly. It is also possible that either 1) you did not register your software 2) you violated the license agreement and we terminated your license. If you believe that something is wrong, please contact us at
support@aspplayground.net. To register your software, just send an e-mail with your order ID, forum URL, and then register an account on our support forum.
Symptom 3: Everything went fine, and I saw a message saying an e-mail with the software has been mailed to me. But I never receive anything from you?? Please make sure your mail server or client is not filtering out attachments. We have seen this problem so often, and the only solution is to make sure you can get attachments from us. In addition, the e-mail and software are sent out using
admin@aspplayground.net, so please make sure that this particular e-mail address is not blocked either.
Symptom 4: I got the e-mail and the software without a problem... But it asked me for password to decompress the zipped attachment?? Please re-read the e-mail. The password is inside the e-mail.
