Q:Can I return the software for full refund? No, due to the nature of our software, we cannot refund the purchase price. The only circumstances that we will issue a refund are: - You accidentally purchased more licenses than you need.
- You have paid us for professional installation and we failed. Please see purchase page for more information on this one.
Please make sure you understand our refund policy before purchasing the software. We will discard any refund request for any reason other than those stated in the refund policy.
