... it just keeps adding the 297 full version which I had already added to my cart.  What should I do?

on the cart page (after you click on Add to cart), you can change the quantity of any product, so just change 2 to 1 for the full package.

OK Samuel; you emailed me on how to change quantity-2 to quantity-1 for the full package.  But that wasn't my question; I know how to do that.  My question was how do I add the "professional installation" to my cart ... or is that something I have to add after I purchase the full package?

hmm.... if you go to:

http://www.aspplayground.net/full.asp

and you should see that ASPPlayground Installation Service is the second product listed on the page. And you just click on Add to Cart and it will be added. So no, you don't have to purchase separately.

This is what you do, step by step:
  1. go to this link
  2. Click on Add to Cart for the forum software
  3. hit the back button of your browser
  4. Click on Add to Cart for the installation service
  5. proceed to checkout
