Before asking questions.. (for registered clients)

If you are a registered client of our software, please use our private forums to ask questions (you need to login as a license holder first). License holder forums can be found on the forum homepage.
 
If you see an HTTP 500 error, please make sure you report the detailed error message as well in your question. See this message for more information: Troubleshooting 101

In addition, we have several FAQ forums which contain many useful information to get you started.
 
Also, you can use our full-text search page to find answers to frequently asked questions. You can also click here to list all the forum messages marked as FAQ' .

    Greeting!

    Is there a facility to use mulitilingual interfaces. We need to provide the user with the ability to choose the language of there choice.

    Yes,

    You can set up multiple language files in the software (by default only English is available) for your members to choose in their profile setting.
