How do I obtain support & software updates?

Your APG vNext license comes with one year of free support and downloadable updates, delivered through the private, customer-only forum. Content posted to this support forum cannot be read by non members (including Google).
 
You can also private message me in case your question contains private / sensitive info.

Whenever I release a hotfix or update, it'll be posted in the private download forum. Everyone will get notified whenever there's a new version / patch available.

You will also have access to the public knowledge base (searchable; also on the forum). We've documented several issues people encounter frequently and most issues are resolved with a short visit to the KB.

I promise to get to your support questions within 24 hours on business days.

    My boss purchased the software but I dont see a way to access the private forums in the email he forwarded nor do I see a way to register my account.  How do I get support for our company?

    The support forum is locked out and my PMs are being ignored. Where do we go for support now that the support forums are locked to non-admins?
     
    My company is hoping to have a conversation about purchasing multiple service units from you to assist in an upgrade, but may have some more generic questions prior to pursuing that. 
     
    Can we get some help here? If only unlocking the support forum so that prior incidents can be referenced? What is the current expectation here?

    Hi,
     
    The forum is not accessible to members who haven't renewed (or have cancelled) the support package. Support is free for 1 year and can be renewed.
     
    What issues do you have?

    Appreciate the reply... That helps explain why it was suddenly inaccessible. I really was just looking to reference the prior thread I had submitted because I did not save the replies anywhere and had been pulled away from the project prior to making any movement. For now, I won't muddy up the forums with my miscellaneous questions. I did not realize our support had lapsed.
     
    I will pursue the migration on my end and see how things go. If we end up reaching a standstill in the deploy, I will reach out again and we can have a conversation about support renewal or engaging you for an official consultation/engagement.

    Hi Sam,
     
    Hope all's well. How can we renew our support to regain access to the support forums?
    Additionally, I've sent a few PMs and wanted to make sure you are actually getting those? Reason I ask, is we would like to purchase a handful of consultation units from you to assist in our migration procedure. Is this something you would be willing to help us out with? I understand that charges can change depending on environmental factors and what specifically we need and I am happy to expand on this, at your discretion.
     
    Please let me know if you have the availability for this and/or what you need from us (besides purchasing consultation units - which we will do depending on your cost appraisal).

    In order to gain access to the support forum you'll need to purchase the upgrade for your license.
